Summer Champs Entries online are open and you can save £2 per entry by entering online.

HOW TO SET UP & USE YOUR P(UK) ENTRIES ACCOUNT
Go to www.pukentries.co.uk
How to Log In
P(UK) Members log in using your P(UK) membership number,
New Members from the 20th May will need to Register their details
Non Members will need to register their details if they have not used the system before.
Step 1. – Check your details or fill in your details by following the instructions below for My Details
Step 2. – Add your horses details follow the instructions below titled My Horses
Step 3. – Add Your riders details follow intsructions below
Step 4. – Add any owners details if they are not the exhibitor (i.e. you)
Step 5. – Go to My Entries to make an entry – Here you can choose the show and then select which horse and the associted riders/owners from the drop down lists and then you can select the eligible classes.
IMPORTANT Please make sure that you enter the correct class this is your responsibility!
‘My Details’
If you are a new user fill in your contact details, title, first name, surname, email, telephone contact. If you are a P(UK) member before 20th May this should be filled in already for you.
Go to the ‘Edit My Details’ Tab - This is the Exhibitor Details of who is in charge of any entries you make this season and must be over 16.
You must have a current live email address to receive confirmation should you qualify.
Address information of where you need all correspondence sent.
Misc information is not compulsory.
Scoiety Tab – Here select from the drop down which societies you are a member of for that current year. You can add as many as required. IMPORTANT please add your P(UK) membership number to be eligibel for the National Championship classes.
NEXT go to
‘My Horses’
Here you ned to add your horse details and if you are going to enter a National Championship please make sure you in put the ponies/horses P(UK) Registartion Number starting P??
‘Add New Horse’ or ‘Modify Horse’
*Horse Name: In Capital Letters
Unique Number: This is automatically generated
*Horse Type: Select Type whether it be a Horse, Pony or Scurry Pair
*Horse Sire: If this is not known you must write ‘Unknown’
*Horse Dam: If this is not known you must write ‘Unknown’
*Horse Colour: Select a colour from the drop down
*Horse Gender: Select the gender from the drop down
*Horse Height: Select the height in cm from the drop down
*Year of Birth: Select the year born shown on their passport
Month of Birth: Select the month if it is known
*Horse Breed: Select the breed from the drop down
Horse Passport Number: The unique number shown on your passport
Horse Stud Book Number:
Horse JMB Number: If relevant
Breeder: If this is not known you must write ‘Unknown’
Last Foaling Date: If applicable
Foal Due Date: If applicable
Sire of Foal: If applicable
Horse Societies - Again add the societies that the horse is registered to with their membership number
Once you have added your riders and owners you can then by selecting the relevant tabs attach and associate people to that horse.
‘My Owners’
‘Add New Owner’, ‘Select from Existing User’ or ‘Modify Owner’
If you need to add a new owner click on the button ‘Add New Owner’
If your Exhibitor is the owner select that user from the drop down to make them an owner
Or modify an existing owner. You can add as many as is required.

‘Add New Rider’, ‘Select from Existing User’ or ‘Modify Rider’
If you need to add a new rider click on the button ‘Add New Rider’
If your Exhibitor or Owner is the Rider select that user from the drop down to make them a Rider.
Or modify an existing Rider. You can add as many as is required.
