Snuggy Hoods Staff Member! Just reading this, I have bought lots from snuggy over the years, never had a problem though your quality has absolutely gone down say in the past 18 months or so. I am currently waiting on a delivery, its taking a long time but that isn't a problem for me. HOWEVER, I do have a big problem with you coming on a public forum and pasting a copy of correspondence you sent to a customer (whether that customer is happy or unhappy. That is out of order and very bad practice. As a result, I shall not be ordering from you again, I would hate private correspondence to or from me from a company to be replicated on a forum. You should deal directly with your customer. Take a look at customer service from a good and successful British Company, say John Lewis for instance. Can you imagine them doing this? Absolutely not.

I totally totally agree with you sageandonion - The quality used to be wonderful as was customer service, but it seems to have gone down and down in both areas. I too will not be ordering from them for this reason, and as for the correspondence being quoted - DESPICABLE! That has capped my decision!! By the way - off topic, - but really nice to have you back on the forum sageandonion - I used to enjoy your input on discussions!!

Not saying that quoting private correspondence with customers is acceptable but just wanted to point out that the post in question is almost 4 years old. Never dealt with snuggy hoods but just saying this is all some time ago.
