that's really expensive for a local show on the day.

You can enter on the day but at the higher price but you must have qualified at a show prior to this and registered that qualification. Please bare in mind that the entry fees reflect that it's a championship show not a local event and it's very costly to put this type of show on. We are looking forward to it on Saturday.

Does anyone know if pre entries are going to be put up somewhere? Would be really helpful if they are. Thank you

Magnuts: Yearlings can be in a white halter. If it's a colt and any older, it needs to be in a bridle, for future reference! Welsh 69: This is not a local show, it's the Blue Chip North West Showing Championships. Pre entries are £12, on the day £15. No one will leave any ring without a rosette, and ALL competitors receive an additional prize when they collect their numbers. Each class has Champ and reserve sashes and Blue Chip Prizes, this escalates for the ring champs and even firther for the 2 Supremes of show. Believe you me, it's worth the money, particularly compared to the majority of other shows!
We have been considering wild card entries on a case by case basis, as several posts above says. So you need to have qualified or have a committee approved wildcard to compete.
Remember this is a championships... We have competitors from as far afield as North Yorkshire, Herefordshire, the very north of Cumbria coming to compete. So those of you who have qualified, congratulations... It's a big deal and we will see you there on Saturday!

This was such a great show last year..although a very long day. I won the Senior Equitation Championship, Overall Equitation Section Championship and SHP under 15h Championship. Prizes from blue chip wonderful..Rosettes gorgeous, sashes in all classes I think to 3rd if Im correct. (only got red ones last year ;-) ) and section Championships sashes rosettes and qualifying rosettes. We had three ponies on the lorry and driving home we couldnt see lol! There was a few hickups as with timings but i hear to believe that the committee has had a shift around and new people coming in and old people leaving which has been beneficial.
Wont be going this year as having a quiet year but as Riding club champs go I hope its supported as I feel this event would deserve it
Good luck everyone

Really looking forward to this show, I'm bringing my little girl, she is so excited about it:-) Is all the parking on hard standing? I have a trailer and a very white little pony and a lot of mud or water doesn't help either!
