A really big thank you to Hannah Gilbert the 'emergency first aid/paramedic' to attended our NPS area 13 show today at Onley Grounds Equestrian Centre. Unfortunatley a competitor came off a horse in a championship class when her saddle slipped. Due to concerns of a head injury, we dialled 999 and a fast response paramedic and the air ambulance attended extremely quicky. We are pleased to report that they young lady concerned was not taken to hospital and has gone home with her mum to rest. A massive thank you also goes out to the Warkwarkshire/Northanptionshire Air ambulance to attended promptly and as I am sure you will all agree, serve the equestian community on a regular basis. An invaluable service!!
Apart from the above and one extremely heavy hail storm, the day ran smoothly. The commitee members of Area 13 , hope all competitors who attended the show had a good day. Well done to all who collected RIHS tickets, it was pleasing to see a very high standard of quality horses and ponies attended the show.

Good up to height WHP course with limited fillers and no traps but still caused problems as not loads of clears (except the 133 class where it is difficult to catch them over the height of fences allowed). Would travel to jump this course builders courses again.

Would travel to jump this course builders courses again. Can agree with that I nearly fainted when I seen the size of the spreads and height in the 122! Time to etch those jumps up a bit at home lol;D
