My daughter lost her rosette at the weekend (Champion) and the show wasn't interested in helping us out anyway I decided to contact Rosettes Direct who made all the rosettes for the show, within 48 hours one had been posted. What brilliant customer service not only for being so speedy but for making one up with the shows details on and sending too me, my little girl was so happy, brought a smile to her face after the devastation of losing it. Thank you Rosettes Direct 10/10

They are brilliant to deal with as I have used them for the show I am secretary for.
What a shame that the show wouldn't help you with a rosette :-( I've quite happily sent on rosettes for lost ones....for the amount that they cost and if it means a kiddie being happy !
To me a happy competitor is a returning competitor.......
