Its years since I've been, workers were always crammed into a corner, very small ring. No warm up and parking was horrific, Everything on top of each other.
Like I say we haven'r been for years for this reason but it could have changed!

Agree with all the above though workers is in a larger ring in recent years, it is usually Jen Brooks who builds the course, we always enjoyed her courses

just rang the secretary to see if they will be publishing the pre entry numbers, or could give people an idea and told it is a very busy show, she "is secretary for over 14 different sections and that if she has time she may put them on their website but hardly unlikely".
Reading other comments above must say it sounds a little cahotic and gives the overall impression of not being that well orgainsed!
Funny how other show seem to manage the same if not harder worked with smiles on their faces. Well will have to wait and see, may be first and last time..

The worker ring starts at 8 am. Good course, ring is fine, competitors in WHP often caught out by expecting there to be more forward of those entered - sometimes only a few forward so get there early and get worked in! Usually quite a lot forward in WH horse class. Lorries start to arrive 7 am onwards.

Hi Gaynor, get there early parking is bad, warm up is now a little better but you do get flat classes warming up with you so it can get very busy, in the last few years entries have been quite low. By the way, have you still got Megan? Tilly is still going strong but is retired now. hope to see you there

No I sold Megan about 4 years ago to a friend down in Essex. My friend has a small stud and Megan had a lovely little foal in 2011 (I named him Gold Digger) and then her daughter used to ride her. Unfortunately she now has cushings and has been retired but is still typically Megan and is reasonably fit and healthy. Hope to see you on 20th. We are just bringing the connie for workers and flat. x
