My palominos have pale hooves below white leg markings and dark ones where the colour goes right the way down like any other coloured horse. I've always used clear stuff on hooves anyway so that the actual colour is shown, I hate blacked out white hooves.
Sorry, can't help on what you wear, not my area.

You need to wear all whites - so white jeans, polo shirt and, if you can, white trainers. I prefer to wear jodpur boots though if it's indoors as trainers fill with the surface. Your filly can wear white plaiting bands too.

All sports horse handlers must be turned out in white - if you go to gradings they are strict on this so it doesn't matter what colour the horses legs are, handlers must wear all white. It's so very impractical, you will get dirty very quickly!!

To add to the above - yes, agree entirely, pale feet are shown as - pale feet. No nasty black paint anywhere. If you are able to plait using needle & (white) thread then that's far preferable and much more professional than the elastic bands. 'Whites' - yes, that IS compulsory at Sports Horse Show level. it's a Continental thing and has been so for absolutely years. Go raid your local clothing store for cheap sensible, stretchy run-able in clothes which boil wash! Seriously, footwear needs to be safe and practical and doesn't have to be white. Something you can run in on a surface and feel comfortable in. Clothing wise, as it's the end of the holiday season, there should be plenty available at knock-down prices! (tip: comfortable, smart, not flappy). However, as you are going to an NCPA show where there will be "proper" in hand showing classes too, you will be able to wear more 'accepted' UK in-hand dress - creamy-type trousers/leggings - some people may even be in tweed jackets shirts & ties as for an in Hand Class. Gloves are sensible and a help with in-hand (ordinary riding type, no need at all to be white!). The big thing is to practice the presentation on the "Triangle" - not just a walk down and trot back. Good luck
