Totally gutted that this year Trailblazers dressage finals are on at the same time as the BD summer regionals at Somerford park These are my main 2 events each year and normally one is the week after the other.

I hate it when events you want to do clash, this year the riding clubs winter championships clashed with the pony club dengie championships and I would have loved to been at both!

I know! It's then the hard decision of which one to go to!!

I really don't mean this in the wrong way but surely trailblazers isn't really intended for combinations qualified for BD regionals. Obviously I understand you could mean different horses or different levels!

Our other nearest regionals would be addington I think which is 4 hours away didn't really want to travel that far for one test. I understand what your saying about TB being unaffiliated but we only do prelim BD and unaffiliated novice as we are only just moving onto novice movements. We may not even qualify second rounds for TB but it was my aim this year to qualify at novice level

My daughter qualified for TB last year, but when we added it up, it cost about £400!! She couldn't go ?

Yes trailblazers is not cheap but the dressage finals are fantastic!! Although they are running the showing at the same time as the dressage this year so not sure how that's going to work
