After all the bad press here is some good. Ordered 2 rugs from Derby House online last Sunday, they were delivered as promised on Thursday. No complaints from me. They are a perfect fit as well.

Have also never had a problem with them, have bought brand name rugs from them, but find their own rugs excellent...and cheap!!

I ordered a rug from them and courier lost it and they sent me a slightly more expensive rug to compensate as the rug id ordered was end of manufacture
Tbf I've never had a problem with them

I've only had a problem when their website said something was in stock that wasn't so the delay was them waiting for it to come in.
Since then, if ordering from them I phone to confirm what I want is in stock and so long as it is, haven't had a problem.

have also just bought a rug and it is lovely and arrived in a couple of days. It is a heavyweight and is really thick and cosy, excellent value. Hopefully they are turning round their bad press.

I once waited 3 months for my delivery, when I phoned to ask why the delay they were very honest and told me they ordered from abroad and had to sell enough to fill a container then wait for shipping etc. now I phone first to make sure it's in.

I had a poor experience with them about 3 years ago, which they did resolve after a lot of effort on my part. Since then I was a bit wary of ordering from them but have ordered 2 things in the past 6 months and have been very satisfied with the service. I think they have done a lot to try and improve things since the times when there were a lot of problems
