Due to the purchase of our own land I'm looking for my daughter's next pony to double up as a companion.
We currently own a 13hh section B gelding for my 11 year old daughter who is quickly outgrowing him. So I'm trying to find a Welsh D no bigger than 14.2hh with the intention of competing in junior flat and M&M classes and dressage.
I would consider a 3/4 year old well handled, unbroken youngster to bring on or older. Either way - and maybe searching for the impossible! - looking for something without a fizzy D temperament! Green is fine but a more laid back sort is essential.
I also have my own mare so would need to get along with both sexes.
Thanks for looking.

I have a darling laid back palomino gelding for sale who would be perfect - but sadly too big for you, now 14.3 at rising 4yo so most likely will make over 15hh. Laid back ones do exist!

Appreciate that youare looking for 3/4, on the off chance have a black 2yr old D filly, very laid back and kind nature, good breeding Dam Popsters Cilla Black Sire Newydd Blanco. Prob 14hh ish now and unlikely to be bigger than 14.2. Can send photos if you wish (plus dam/sire) Based in North Wales

I have a 4 turning 5 year old gelding Welsh sec D for sale. He is broken and jumping up to 75cms with far more potential to be unleashed. He may be young but is laid back (has hunted in a loose ring snaffle) without being totally lazy and difficult! He has lived with colts and mares so will put up with anyone. He hasn't been measured yet but is approx 14hh, certainly not over 14.2. For more info and pictures etc please email me nataliepastor@hotmail.co.uk
