Hi just wondering if anybody has any suggestions, my chunky Welsh D suffers with sweet-itch. Last summer numurous rugs i tried rubbed her whithers sore. Wondered if any body else had experienced this and had found any rugs that suit there horse? Thanks in advance.

I've tried every sweet itch rug on the market!
Premier equine sweetitch rug or horseware sweet itch hoody are best!

Agree about the Boett. The original and best.

I've also tried most of them over the years! My sweet itch pony gets far too hot in the snuggy hoods bug rug, the boett is the best for managing his itch completely but my highland destroys it for him when they play so it needed daily repair until there was more patch and my bad sewing than original rug and they are too expensive to not even last one season. My compromise is another vote for the rambo sweet itch hoody as they are both tough enough to withstand field play and do a pretty good job of managing his sweet itch. I do use it with a snuggy sweet itch head to protect ears and poll from the midges

I have 2 with SI. I've tried them all over the years. Boett are the best, closely followed by premier equine.
