Hi everyone
I have no particular experience of Fylde saddles but know they're gorgeous! Ip my daughter is 5 and we will be doing lead rein classes, before he came to us he was fitted in a wide Hayden The pony is a section A 11.2
I've been offered a 15" fylde Emma, do they come up true to length or do they come up/ sit smaller? I was originally looking for a 14", but this is a beautiful example of the saddle
Thanks

They're pretty small. I would recommend you use a thick sheepskin numnah with any ultra close contact foam panelled saddle especially if the panels are hard, or have gone floppy at the front. In some older saddles you can feel the points through the panel where it's gone floppy, imagine what the pony feels! A thick pad generally lifts the front of the saddle more than the back which is why we developed a show pony numnah with rear shim pockets.
