I use NFU. Just going through first claim for death. They've been really compassionate but I'm aware myself that my case is a grey area and im am likely not to get paid out!!! Tbh I only have it for the liability side anyway.

Awww I'm sorry for your loss, dose make it a little better if insurance is not trying every small print under the sun not to pay out.

I use NFU, never had a problem with a claim (have a very accident prone boy!)

I used to use NFU, had to claim for my daughter when she broke her arm, they weren't the best to deal with, lost first claim form and Doctor's report (we had to pay for a second one), never contacted witnesses, which meant they wouldn't pay out at first as they said she was riding her own pony, she wasn't, she was on a college horse. It took over ten months in the end to get the payout, it was rushed through in the end as I went and spoke to someone higher.

Im with KBIS and they have been a pleasure to deal with, they approved my ponys hopsital admission and surgery weeks before he went in and they paid out straight to the vet days after surgery. The ladies on the phone are ace to speak to.
