as above, can't put my hands on it at the moment, what would I have to do if it is not found?
It is a nps passport, over stamped by CHAPS, BSPA, PBA, it has his inoculations and full height certificate, would we have to start inoculations again? any one with any knowledge?
Thanks
Still hoping to find it!!

Thanks Still hoping to find it!! It will be an expensive exercise to replace the animal's Passport. Firstly you'd need to purchase a replacement from the NPS, then make your request to the other Societies and pay again for the overstamping of their relevant Registration. Without proof (ie: a photocopy) of every relevant page of the Passport (and that includes Section 1X) a Vet would require you to re-commence the Flu course as they cannot sign a document without 1st hand knowledge of the injections being done. That is the law. The JMB issue a passport-style Height document so that will be able to be replaced but again, not for free. Get searching!! It is a valuable Document and your pony should not travel without it.

That is the law. Purely out of curiosity, would vets be able to fill out this section from their records? Presuming of course that the initial course is recent enough for them to have a record of it/the same practice has been used. Sent from my GT-I9195 using proboards

But they are governed by such a strict Code of Conduct these days; they have to cover their own backs. One hopes the OP retained a p/copy of the animals P/P and knows where it is . . . .

Thankfully this is one case where my OCD comes in handy! Every horse has it's own (colour coded...!!) folder with any relevant paperwork in. Everything photocopied including my old boy's original vaccination card from before he had a passport which shows his original course of vaccinations!! Sent from my GT-I9195 using proboards

That seems more like common sense than a case of OCD!

Thanks for the replies, Passport is usually either in the lorry or in a plastic box in the house, My daughter got it out for registration numbers for membership re-newels, I have searched the house and lorry all over and cannot find it, I am worried it was accidentally recycled, we have had quite a bit of work done so have had a bit of a clear out!I do have photocopies of certain bits of it.
