One of my horses has COPD and i have found the Naf Respirator boot is brilliant, it was also recommended by my vet to give him instead of going down the medicine route every dry summer and it seems to do the trick!

He was scoped and we had a long process as he'd been misdiagnosed so a lot of gunk in lungs Ventipulmin was masking the problem.
Anyway he did about year and a half on ventilate, we put big vents in the stable and he's now been off the ventilate for over a year and not looked back.
Highly recommended
