I splashed out and bought a pair of Joshua Jones Donadeo long boots this year - I chose them because they are straight cut across the top, which is correct for showing and can be worn with a garter strap (I'm not a fan of the curved top boots which are dressage style IMO)
They are not cheap (£500 mark) but they are beautifully made, soft leather and look really lovely. They come in a range of lengths and width fittings, can be stretched slightly to allow for small adjustments or can be properly made to measure (which costs more)
They have stands at various events (I tried mine at Crufts!) which are listed on the website and the company staff were very helpful

I managed to get a second hand pair of traditional show boots (complete with wooden trees) online this week for £125. They are made by Moss Bros and will take a bit of breaking in as they are nearly new but they fit and I think will be the right length once they drop slightly too. I got them from The Hunting Shop and they did have a few show style boots in stock
