We had our arena done about 2 years ago and had silica sand in. We harrow it regular but it has since started riding too deep! We had it calculated how much sand we needed but seems like it has too much in :/ When it rains it obviously is better but still can be deep. Is there something that can be mixed with it that can make it better too ride on?

I have silica sand and added Martin Collins Clopf to it.
It rides really well and is low maintenance

Fibre. I don't agree rubber, rubber is not a stabiliser.

I have fibre with the silica sand, but it still can ride deep in very dry weather - I would suggest adding fibre and rubber, or do what I did and get a watering bowser - saves a lot of money in the end!!
