Just starting to think about what I am going to do if the children all stay interested in ponies, we want to go further afield etc. I potentially am going to need something with safe seating for 5, including being able to secure 3 child seats/high back booster seats. Does anyone have any ideas of possibilities?
I am NOT looking to buy something at this stage, if we do go for this in the future its likely that we will go for something that my husband can renovate/convert etc (he is qualified), am just looking for info/photos of anything that is out there, whether it is as it is originally sold or has been specially created, to give me some ideas. The most important thing to me is that my children are properly secure. Yes, I did survive going all over the place in lutons/backs of landrovers etc. but I am not going to do that with my children, so I don't wish to start a discussion about that, simply to get ideas of wagons with more than 3 seats - do nt have to be horse wagons necessarily, as ideas for chassis/flatbeds etc we could convert would be useful
Thanks in advance!

Ideally you need to fit seating from a camper or minibus seats that have the seatbelts attached and they sit in tracking on the floor.

I know I've seen 3.5t style (probably uprated to 4.5t) boxes with 5 seater cabs (google crew cab) but it sounds as though you may be needing something to carry more ponies than that!

the lorry drivers that come in to my work have sleeper cabs that have a bunk behind the front seats, I suppose in a large lorry this could be stripped out and replaced with seating accessible between the front seats.
Boss are a company that do a five seat box, it may be worth having a look at some pictures to see how their cabs are arranged
