well done Lisa on your Hoys Ticket today - must ensure i am in the right place for one of these picnics xx I have also heard about these 'lucky' picnics - maybe we should forget about the serious side of showing and concentate on the picnic, sounds much more enjoyable.

Can someone tell me what day and time the welsh a in hands are please? I'm working about 30mins away from showground and have woken to to bright sunshine today o might see if i can wander up and have a watch

Welsh A & B start 8 on Friday ring 3b Welsh C & D in ring 1 - highlands (7 classes) at 8 and then welsh afterwards

Day Dream won the HOYS IWH, KELSTERTON MERLIN was second and The Navigator 11 third. Kilkenny Kid was fourth and got the ticket. They were on their way to Scotland in a convoy with all the others so were very happy as they live on the Isle of Man and could go home!

who won the first ridden show hunter pony. i know they announced the winner in the evening performance at about 9 o'clock. Charlotte Mcdowall was in the class on her bay pony.

A few random results from Weds ....
Picton Q - smalls 1st - Moortown Countryman 4th - Floreat Creme de Cassis (only her second ridden show!)
Picton Q - Sec Ds 1st - Ysaiwn Demetrius, Aimee (&^%$ 2nd - Kentchurch ? (big Dun gelding, ridden by Richard Telford and by Galaxy) - and Q
Peasedown Q - Sec Ds 1st - Ysaiwn Demetrius, Aimee (&^%$ 2nd - Fochnant Waldo, Phillipa Margolin - and Q
Olympia - Ds 1st - Pennal The Great, Fiona Cork (& Res Ch. again !!)
Rachel Bright & Pennal Calon Mai were also placed, cant remember exactly where (3rd or 4th ??). She has only had her 24hrs !! Looking and going great.

Just got back from a great day down at NPS my first time there a lovely show and want to say a massive well done to Tarryn Rudd for winning the HOYS 12 hh SHP and going reserve so gald to see you before you left last night!
