Hi Can anyone recommend a show saddle for a wide Section D? As a show/hunter pony person, I have always used Fylde saddles (Samantha and Haydon) are these equally suited to Ds? Any advice / recommendations appreciated. Thanks

Fylde samantha. We use one on our d and the show cob also fits our young horse. Sits behind the shoulder and doesnt move.

Hi, I'm with Hatman on this one. I too have a Matthew Lawrence Comfort Saddle and it is fab. It is secure, super comfy - right from being brand new three weeks ago - and never moves plus has given my boy so much more movement and freedom it's unbelievable. I can recommend their fitter Mike Davies from Clitheroe, Lancs and their service both from him and the company themselves has been absolutely 100% excellent. Never have I had a saddle so well balanced that it helped my position so much. Wholeheartedly recommend this company and especially Mike!!! Good Luck and if I can be of any help then just pm me and I'll try to help.

I use Ideal ramsey saddles I find they are a great fit for D's and are very comfy and close fitting. Perhaps more suited for showing tho than WH.
