there is no one like friends
there is no place like home
men come and go like buses
every minute spent crying is a minute lost of happiness
beauty is skin deep
blood is thicker than water
no pain no gain
you win some you lose some
killing two birds with one stone
men are like roses - look out for the pr*cks (lol)
every cloud has a silver lining
one mans lose is another mans gain
it is better to have loved and lost, than never have to loved at all
a good friend bails you out of jail, a best friend sits next to you sayin "sh*t we screwed up!"
sarcasm keeps you from telling people the truth
jelously is a cruel misdemeanor
dont confuse hate with jelously
sticks and stone may break your bones but words will never hurt you
an apple a day keeps the doctor way
if you cant beat them join them
a smile is a curve that straightens out alot of things
all good things come to those who wait
cant keep a good dog down
time flies when your having fun
do as i say, not as i do
youll stay like that if the wind changes
neevr knew i knew so many! xxxx

My Nan always said " Never cast a clout till May is out" Think it comes from there still being a chance of frost till the end of May. My mum used to make me wear vests and liberty bodices (can anyone remember them) even if it was in the eighty's just becasue we were still in bloody May
