That is very disappointing for a HOYS Q, maybe because of the reschedulement. This is the amount of clears not the amount of entries. Thanks for clearing that up Stef, must have read it too quickly or was half asleep!

We were so impressed with the organisation, the venue (superb!!) and even although we were drookit its the best show we have been to in a long time!I know Kelso has been the traditional "home" to The Scottish Horse Show for a few years and have always enjoyed the surroundings there but from a purely selfish point of view Ingliston was a brilliant choice even if it was a hastily rearranged venue. I think a great big pat on the back should go to the organisers and committee for pulling a superb show out of the hat!!!

Was there a photographer?
If so who was it?

Frozzy, on behalf of the (somewhat tired!) Committee, thank you - and the other lovely people who have e-mailed similarly kind messages.
The (voluntary) SHS Committee and our excellent and happy team of ring stewards worked a miracle to get the rained off Scottish Horse Show back on the road.
Talk about 'Dunkirk spirit'.
There are some items of lost property which we collected as we were tidying up and these are here with me, so if anyone has lost anything, then please contact me (either by PM or on caroline.nelson4@btinternet.com/ 07968 599840) and I will see if we have it.
Incidentally, it's possible that someone/s borrowed some mirrors from one of the toilet & shower blocks at the venue. Do get in touch, so that we can meet up with you to then return them to the Centre.
Many thanks.

Congratulations SHS Team for re-arranging at such short notice. We have never been to you before, but will certainly be noting the dates for next year.

I'm somewhat bemused that people would even think about pinching mirrors! Bizarre Well done to all associated for putting together such a good show in a short timescale.......maybe time to consider a more permanent move in case our inclement weather forces the committee's hands again in the future.

Thank you. We, too, are somewhat bemused..... And, very saddened. Seriously, THIS is the sort of stuff which puts "Showing" 2011 in a bad light. Akin to the person or set of people who lowered some of the heights of the M&M HOYS Q WHP fences overnight, too..... (ps - actually, we noticed - not totally being born this morning.....)

Delighted to hear that Sophie Brewster won and qualified 15hh SHP with Diptford Sea Eagle, such a great result for such a nice family who have only done this one qualifier this season. Sophie home produces Eagle completely by herself and he always looks a million dollars. Well done Soph! We will be cheering you on at HOYS once again!

There was a mistake in the 15h shp marks. As 2nd and 3rd were on joint marks and as show Mark takes priority. Supernatural which was placed 3rd was therefore 2nd as it had the highest show Mark. And fleetsmoor star attraction was therefore 3rd

Wibblewobble is right, 15hh marks were as follows
1st 45, 41 = 86 2nd 44,38 = 82 3rd 45, 37 = 82 4th 38, 44 = 82
so 2nd and 3rd were mixed up

Lost Property.
Just to reiterate that we gathered up various left items when we tidied up after the show - these all came home with me for safe keeping.
So far, surprisingly, no-one has claimed anything! If you think you've mislaid items then do get in touch.
