Hi,
I have owned my boy for 13 years and always presumed him to be a Cob X - when we had him passported we just put that down.
Although, I was intrigued about his past so I have, after much research found his old owner, who is now saying no, he is a cob X Connemara.
So.. Does this mean I can do part bred M+M classes on him? I wouldnt do PB M+m ridden showing classes on him, as his main/tail etc etc is pulled and not "natural" enough for M+M classes.
Although, I wouldn't mind doing some M+M Workers on him. Do people like the BSPA, NCPA, CHAPS etc offer a PB M+M workers?
Also, To you, does he look like a Connie X? People have mentioned he must have a bit of Connie in him as some of his looks, and traits are those of a Connie, but I never believed it to be true.
I'd appreciate your help, thank you.

He would need to be registered PB connemara for you to do part bred classes. Most ponies on those classes have plaited manes and pulled tails so that's no reason for you NOT to do them, but you would probably have to go down the DNA route if his Connie blood isn't recorded.
