After 2 fantastic years we have decided very reluctantly to let Harry go to have a new little person to look after.
TEMPLEDRUID HAPSBURG.
8 year old 122cm Chestnut gelding Welsh sec B.
Harry was shown with previous owner as a LR SHP with great success.
My daughter has ridden him on her own since she was six.
A quick summary (please call for more details) :-
* Great in traffic, hacks out all over farm lanes, on the roads etc
* Totally trustworthy in a 20 acre field , my daughter makes him wait while her sister canters off, then she races to catch up. Even then she still has to ask for canter. He would never assume.
* Fantastic on the beach, never gets giddy or strong. (Ridden in a snaffle)
* Lovely little jump, very steady.
* Excellent to clip, load, always handled by the kids.
Harry is a stunning SHP very capable of qualifying for HOYS as a lr.
As a fyfr he has been a treasure, getting a 2nd, 2 3rds and a 4th at equifest in good company.
He has won a handfull of classes as an open 12hh SHP, even getting 8th in the 13hh and under shp at equifest.
Also done a few mixed height classes.
Canters on mass like theres no other ponies in the ring, even when big ponies overtake him.
Genuinely only for sale as my daughter now moving onto a 12.2hh sp
