Oh yeah, and i hope the boards are thicker in the stables this year too! They were not suitable for heavy horses or stallions last year! So easy to put holes in! Whoever designed them wasnt very clever!

AMAZING show, absolutely loved it!!! Please can anyone tell me? Have the purple stables been removed?? :-( We loved it last year as it was so quiet and my horse was sleeping lots! Lots of lovely sleep for us too :-)
Thanks

someone must have been worried about the thrashing you were gonna give em in the dressage to music ring lovepink .. hahahahaha mmmmmmmmm... who knows - very odd! I just watched the video of me and Candy - its quite good, but my costume had a malfunction half way through and my hat cover flew off!!! This year I am going to get a bowler and put a pink ribbon round it I would show you the video, but its a bit embarrasing with the malfunction!!! However, you can hear the commentators stating I am competing in the wrong class - hence the latter admittance that someone had withdrawn me and put me in the M&M class !!! I spent about 30 minutes trying to convince them I did KNOW - MY PLAITED WASNT AN M&M !!!!!! Before they admitted there was a misdemenour

Has anyone seen on the Equifest website that this year exhibitors must have qualification cards and get them signed at the show, rather than the show being responsible for handing out qualification cards. (on the affiliation page on the website) I've never heard of it being done this way before, but I am a bit of a showing noob!
I think I'll feel presumptious riding around with my qualification cards the whole time, and I probably won't qualify anyway!!

Thank you. You are right. Glad you told me. I have emailed already for a card. It's going to catch lots of people out this year.

It would seem that this year all stabling for people who are not members or sponsors is in the blue area. That seems like a LOT of stabling for that area as no purple or yellow areas this year. I think M&M and inhand people inparticular will be doing some serious treking if there for the whole show as the blue stables (from the map) are in the far corner of the blue rather than throughout as it was for the past 2 years. I think we'll all be getting fit if nothing else!

i have a question, which will be answered in the future, but what do people think.
If there are no purple stables or yellow stables, is there going to be more blue and red stables, but is there room. to accomodate more stables in those areas, I seem to remember that every square inch of land seemed to be full of horseboxes or tents so that people could be near their stables. So the question is, is there going to be a lot less stables this coming year or is peoples accomodation going to be situated miles away from their stables ?

Where abouts were the purple stables last year?!x The purple stables were where it now just says 'showjumping stables'. I was parked right by my stable last year but don't think I will be this year

I'm completely new to Equifest but I've just qualified with my mini shetland this weekend so I'll definitely be coming down. How much were the stables last year? I presume they'll have gone up this year (as everything has ) so I need to start saving.

Book your stable early if you want one x

stables are £115 this year to include 5 bags of savings. and there are more blue and red stables this year instead of other stables

The BLUE stables are £135 for the duration including 5 bales of easibed - not £115! The RED stables are £120 for the duration and bedding is optional....
