Magnesium is needed for more than 325 enzymes within the horses body
Magnesium is becoming more and more recognised to horse owners for its use in laminitics
It is critical for balanced secretion of insulin and glucose uptake and in regulating blood sugar levels after carbohydrate intake, deficiency is associated with insulin resistance (symptoms include cresty neck and/or fat deposits)
Magnesium oxide is also the primary ingredient in many of the quality equine calming products on the market, deficiency can result in nervousness and an inability to concentrate, tight tense muscles which are less able to relax

For all those who have enquired the magnesium i sell is Magnesium Oxide (Heavy), MagOx is a fine white powder, high purity pharmaceutical grade 99.7% pure .It's virtually tasteless making it well accepted in food. It is a fine particle size for optimum absorption.
