I have just read on SR forum that Ian Smeeth was the ride judge of the Hacks, I am sure the schedule only had one judge. It is not very clear who won either class.
Does anyone have the full results? It is very odd that nobody seems bothered to report the results of this HOYS qualifier. Normally there are a number of Gossipers who want to know all Hack & Cob results

there is always a ride judge in hack classes I think, I only know that matthews was first in the smalls, watched it cos my friends mare was in the class and was 4th, and saw the larges, 3 forward, lovely bay went to win it, John Keen 2nd, sorry I don't have the full results, a few in the smalls entered on the day

You can have done the open classes and HOYS classes and still be a novice - as long as you have not won any and qualified !!

who took the 143 shp ticket? pleeeese Sophie Hopkins with Pebbly Silver Fox I believe. Emily Gibbard with Grindles Private Prince took 133cms Tuffy Stockley with Sukothai won 153cms, don't know what took the ticket. 122cms was champ, didn't recognise it, but dont know what happened in the championship as NONE of the winners came forward other than the 122cms!

"winner of the picton highland section was dunedin marksman and matthew larence, well done matthew, he looked fab"
Thank you noodles and very well done with dunedin may rose in the templeton/o'neill final! Thank you mathew for doing such a fantastic job with marksman! It was just a pity that the judge of our picton class (also of the connie and nf classes) was not there in the championship to fight her corner for the ponies she had put through!!!!!!
