Well Hollyoaks is very dramatic this week! cracked up at Jono having a glass of water chucked over his head by Darren Had a lovely hack on Picolo, he was rather full of energy took Lilly and the ferret dog for a good walk aswell definitely at 9b on sunday Liv xx |

Will do Jemima Becca, have you got a Countrywide local to you? or try the NAF website(just google NAF) and search for stockists near you with your postcode. They sell linseed oil in 1L,2L,5L and 25L bottles, if you go on the website and click on products, then health on the side bar the linseed oil comes up on the 2nd row. It's really good stuff Jealous Heath! I've been forced to watch TWO masterminds! although I did get 2 answers right x |

Try Chestnut horse feeds Alpha Easy Becca, really good for putting weight on but doesn't make them go loopy, fab feed, can't reccomend it enough |
