any help really appreciated as I have lots of questions as its our first time at equifest so here goes! How much are entries? or how much were they last year? how much cheaper are the entries if you become a member? How much are stables and how do I book them? Which stable blocks are the best to be not too far from stables/rings? How much is camping/park for 1 x horsebox & 1 tent? How big on average are classes such as - the welsh medal classes for a's and d's? How big are the young handler classes? & how big are the Equifest a & d classes? Any other tips/advice greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance x

Entries: (I *think* these are correct!) Members £15 Non-Members £20 (£5 dearer on the day if I remember correctly - cash only on the day) Stables: All £100 for duration I think. Members stables are in the best location IMO but it depends on the rings you are in - when you get a schedule there is a map so you can see which stable areas are near your rings. Parking is free, so is having your own tent. The classes are rather big, especially M&Ms - the in hand I'd say have 20ish in the natives? & 20+ in the riddens? Hope this helps Send for an SAE for the schedule explains it all in there!

Just to confirm stabling prices for 2012. Green (indoor stables) are available to Sponsors only and are £150 for the duration - from Tuesday 14th - Monday 20th August, Red stables are £120 and are available to Equifest Members only and are £120 for the duration - Tuesday to Monday and the Blue Stables are £135 for the duration - which includes 5 bales of Easibed (at £3 per bale). The stables have gone up slightly in price from last year - but are available for an additional day this year - as we are opening the gates on Tuesday 14th. Easibed is optional for the Red and Green Stables - and can be pre-purchased at £3 bale for a maximum of 5 bales per stable. I hope that this helps!

The schedules for Sponsors / Members / 2011 Exhibitors SHOULD hopefully have all been sent and received by now. The SAEs we have received are going in the post today and we are putting the schedule, stabling forms and entry forms on line on Monday. As soon as you either recieve the schedule or can down load the stabling form you can get your stables booked. You do not have to send in any entries at this stage!
Yours sincerely
Betsy

Just a random question - how come members' stables are the same price as non-members? If you had a members' stable with 5 bales of easibed (as is given in the blue stables) then it would come to £135.

The Red & Blue stables are the same price - the difference is that in the Blue Stabling the bedding is compulsory. The Red (Members) stables will be the largest stables and will be available to Equifest Members only. There are 760 Blue Stables as opposed to the 260 Red Stables. I hope that this helps!

It does indeed, thank you! I'm so excited! I'm a first timer this year but I'm already boring people to death talking about it
