please can someone tell me when the 2013 qualifyers will be - arnt there chances to qualify at the back end of the summer?

Depends on what you have.
There are Hack/ Hunter/ RH classes and coloured RI Q for 2013

There are usually a couple of NPS M&M WHP qualifiers for the following year but definitely no BSPS flat M&M qualifiers & I am fairly certain this also applies to the PUK Junior/Intermediate classes too.

Theres a couple of 2013 qualifiers later on in the year, not sure but just workers i think.

Bucks is a HOYS qualifier. Havent been for a couple of years but the course is usually a good one

Bucks is ow an Ri qualifier after it lost its Hoys qualifier, it is a good track although I'm sure entries either have closed or will be close to closing.

They decided that some of the splashes were unsafe so were only used where there was a permanent one like Uttoxeter or at least thats what I was told!

Thought Bucks and Berkshire Shows had M&M WHP quals for 2014. Last year the workers at bucks wasn't very nice because the arena was all bumpy and the ground was really wet, course was also quite technical.
