Hi all
I qualified for 2 classes at the weekend. I have printed my membership form off and will be sending it shortly. Do I need to send my qualification cards off with my memebership?

You send the qualification card with your entry to SHOW SECRETARY ON FRONT OF SCHEDULE, you will get POY schedule in the post, in the next week fingers crossed it will go out to all members

noddy - send your membership form in to the office (address on membership form)
You will get your membership card back & a schedule as soon as they are back from the printers & you need to send your qualification card(s) back with the entry form to the show secretary as per bdrc's post

All 2012 members will be sent a schedule through the post - don't know if they have arrived from the printers yet, but the show secretary is sending them out.

I can confirm that schedules have arrived from the printers & will be posted out (2nd class) today.
Any member who has joined/rejoined in the last 2 weeks will have to wait for their copy until I receive a box of schedules next Wednesday night.

can anybody advise if you are able to submit membership & entry for POY show at the same time, due to NCPA office currently being closed & entries close on 21st with no late entries? also if the judge usually rides in the horse classes (hack,cobs & riding horses-miss e barnes is judge)? thank you

I'm sure it will be ok to send membership in with your entry, it might be sense to send seperate cheques to make it easier for the new Show Sec. It is usual for the Judge to ride the horses in the Hack etc classes and Miss Barnes is a ride Judge.

Belgravesanta, there will be no qualifiers at the derbyshire festival show as cards are not given in HOYS qualifiers.

To put the record straight there are qualifiers at Derbyshire Festival but they will be for 2013, so you can get an early qualification for next year! We've brought the NCPA Reg Ridden and the Side Saddle classes from the Saturday timetable plus all the classes from the Sunday timetable which does have some non HOYS classes, to see the revised schedule please go to www.ncpa-derbys.co.uk, thanks |

Hi I'm just about to send my membership and entries off, can I send them together to the address that the class entry is going to (in bolton) or do they need to be sent seperately to different addresses?

Hi All
Back from PUK - office will run as normal Monday to Thursday this week & is closed Friday 17th & Monday 20th.
I will try to make a start on any answerphone queries today & the post that arrived since Tuesday 7th.
Will also be on HG if that is easier for anyone.
Keep the entries coming in! We are trying to be as accommodating as possible due to all the qualifying show cancellations, so any problems DO speak to Anne Marie or myself.

Yes postmarked 21st BUT if you get them in the post tomorrow it is fine!
The last qualifier was only on Sunday 19th
