I agree with KJM Hats - please don't let him have all his own way - you have the children, so legally you have the upper hand - don't let him walk all over you xx

Hats stay strong. Get an agent in next week and give you a valuation, unless the work is structural and the place is falling then just get rid as a spot of decorating won't add any value to it at all. You need closure on this. Definately get advice as he MUST pay maintenance for your girls. The only reason he wants you to carry on living there is so that you can continue cooking and cleaning for him and he dosent fancy the prospect of having to start looking for a place to live and having to stand on his own 2 feet. Don't back down you deserve so much better than him xxxx

Hats you are no longer a couple he has ended your marriage/relationship. DO NOT do his washing, cooking, cleaning or any of his dirty work. Tell him in no uncertain terms that he is now responsible for feeding and cleaning himself as he will have to when you move out. I know it will be hard but don't show the knob an ounce of weakness. Kick on Hats you can do it!!!

I say thats the last time you entertain his drawers!!! Let him fend for himself, who says it's your job to cook, clean and look after him. He wants to be single so he can bugger off and do it!!

Start as you mean to go on and don't be his doormat. If you're no longer in a relationship he needs to fend for himself. If he wants a maid/housekeeper he needs to pay for one just like anyone else would!! Sorry if that sounds harsh and I really don't mean it to be because you must be having such a rubbish time, but honestly you deserve to be cherished and respected and I don't think he's given you that for a long time. You DO deserve better, don't accept any less from him.

You are being really positive about it which is good. We are all behind you Hats every step of the way. Be polite to him but from now on you must lead seperate lives. Don't be tempted if he comes waving his tackle at you in an attempt to win you over either, that is a definate no no xxxxx

Thank you Lukey Dazy, he's just like his Mum ......................... ;D ;D ;D ;D Hats I can only imagine how awful this all is for you. But everyone on FC has absolutely hit the nail on the head! And it sounds to me as if your ex has spent many many years chipping away at your confidence until you now feel obliged to wait on him, hand and foot. The only thing you can do is break this habit NOW - no more cooking for him, cleaning for him or washing for him. And as for sleeping with him?? Give me a rabbit any day Lots of hugs darling - not only will you get through this but you will be a happier woman in the end I promise xxx

there are a few lr coloured classes and also at the chaps champs there are a few,he was lead rein winner there this year and reserve mini supreme to ashlan after eight... we have done hoys q in the lead rein shp and have had some super days very narrowly missing out on q,like at mid herts we were pulled in top we had a shower of rain,he doesnt like rain and fidgeted so dropped, then two minuetes later the sun was out,but heyho it wasnt ment this year...but we have found from the older judges they have been very colour prejuidice and not liked...

Hi Cheetham yes, the pony is advertised on here in the WHP section, Kinkryhill is the posters name, there daughter has just turned 11, and they live near me, and I regularly see her hacking out alone on it, past big log wagons the works, photo dont do it any favours its not a hoys pony but has done well showing and is a great allrounder.
The Housework is going badly, finished the bathroom and the vat return, now very bored with it.
I need ideas for a present for my parents Ruby wedding anniversary next weekend, they tell me they dont want anything or a fuss, but I will have to do somthing, any ideas please ladies.
