KJM I havent done it before but my friend is haveing a day of it at her yard, there will be 12 of us split into 2 groups for instruction then at the end we will have a little competition. We do it in hand in just a headcollar with a lungerein or long rope and we have to wear gloves and a riding hat......... Anyway its really just like handy pony so they will be walking over plastic sheets, weaving in and out of cones, stepping on and off a platform. Similar sort of things to dog agility but with no jumps!! Will be taking plenty of pics

Happy to help
The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his Tongue.

Lily is doing her 1st gala tomorrow with her big sisters at the Wadebridge swimming club champs. She is very excited. I wonder if their dad will come and watch them?
Not looking forwards to going to work tomorrow having to be all happy and positive dealing with all those people with a big smile on my face. I wish I could just stay in bed .I think I will just go in and pretend nothing has happened then I don't have to talk about it just yet. It's different with my cyber friends as I only have o deal with it when I choose to and nobody can see me. Does that sound weird.

Hats maybe tell 1 or 2 of your work friends so that you have some support if you have a wobble when you are at work

Morning all Hats, tell him to feck off, useless tosser. Men aren't much use at the best of times, never mind when they are going through what is probably a mid life crisis. Full of self centered pity and selfishness, never considering other peoples feelings. In 12 months from now you will feel such much better I promise you. I've been a single parent and whilst it is hard don't get me wrong, its a lot easier than being with the wrong person trust me. He isn't making you happy and I don't think he has for a long time. Children are happier when mummy is happier. They are part of us (the very best part) until they are adults and if part of us is unhappy they feel it more than you can imagine. For their sakes don't allow this seperation to be a long drawn out affair. Go and get some legal advice. Don't leave the house until you have had it. If there is any equity in it get it valued and he either buys you out of half or it gets sold and you take half then. You also need to contact the CSA for them to do a calculation of what he will have to pay you. I think from memory it should be 25% of his net earnings for 3 children. Do it all this week and tell us when you have! You must start making your plans now for the rest of your life. The children will know something is up so sit them down tonight and explain the situation. Make sure he is there as well, you shouldn't have to do that bit alone. The older ones will probably know something is going on anyway and it will probably be a relief to them. Had a lovely, lazy weekend doing not very much of anything lol. But have got conjunctivitus I think One eye was a bit sore on saturday but put it down to swimming. Yesterday I had yellow pus oozingout of it Got some drops from the chemist and the pus has gone but eye all swollen and red this morning. Sigh, there's always something wrong with someone lol. Got a virgin man coming this morning though! Not a real virgin I don't think? Having TiVo and wi fi installed and HD. Goes over my head all this technology lol. My phone is due an upgrade soon too so have been looking at what I can have. I really don't understand all the different G's and I's and Mb's and all that rubbish. You used to be able to pick a phone based on whether it had a camera or not lol. And I'm getting a Kindle for my birthday. Thought that would be easy but there are different kindles available now. AND Frankie wants one of those Tablet things for christmas. Been looking at those too and don't understand them either pmsl. Thought I was OK with modern techno gadgets but I'm not I'm pants pmsl. Need to wait until she is about 10 to be able to help me with all that stuff!

Morning all Good advice there Hats from AMWAP Decided to go cubbing goodness knows why as it's raining and the fog is so thick you can't see and inch in front of your face!! Meet was literally up the road but due to the thick fog master is going to wait for an hour to see if it clears, so I came home

Just started peeing with rain here and it is so dark. Do we predict a bad winter?
Got to go to London tomorrow to see Professor specialist. Not looking forward to it, waste of time.

Hats I echo everything AMWAP says, shes may not be a techno whizz but she is one of the most sensible people I know and very good at advice, this is the hard part but it does get better promise.
AMWAP just bought myself one of those Ipod touches its brilliant you can download kindle onto it, got all my music on it, takes photos, absolutely love it, I get no signal up here on my phone so decided just to stick with a basic cheap one, so it dosnt matter as much if I drop it in the yard, or it gets covered in straw ect.
KJ Kilvington Scoundrel has to be one of my all time favourites, wish I had been there live to see him.
Bright and frosty here this morning.
S & O dear I hope your appointment goes better for you than you expect it x
