For those people who have an interest in the Veteran Horse Showing and the Mountain & Moorland Championships due to take place at Olympia on Saturday and Sunday I thought you would like to know about the morning only ticket.
If you care to read the press release below you will see that the Committee of Olympia have introduced a morning ONLY ticket in order to help friends family owners and supporters of the two showing classes at Olympia to be able to watch the classes if they haven't already managed to buy tickets for the afternoon as both performances on Saturday and Sunday are now sold out.
Press Release After huge demand we are delighted to announce that Olympia has introduced a morning only ticket for the Saturday and Sunday performances. Both the Saturday and Sunday morning sessions were available with the Saturday and Sunday afternoon performance show ticket. However both these performances are now sold out. We don’t want to disappoint our Mountain & Moorland and Veteran supporters so we have introduced a new ‘morning only’ ticket which means anyone wishing to watch The Veteran Horse Showing and Dodson & Horrell Show Championships (Saturday morning 22nd December) and The British Show Pony Society Ridden Mountain & Moorland Championships – Preliminary Judging (Sunday morning 23rd December) can now do so.
Tickets are priced at £15 per person and will allow access to the Olympia Shopping Village and seats for the morning session only. This will not include a seat for any other performance and will not include any of the displays. Once the morning session is finished, seats must be vacated to make way for the afternoon performance ticket holders. If you wish to book tickets please call the ticket office now on 0871 230 5580.

I'm confused slightly. If someone buys a morning ticket, and as I have an afternoon ticket, they might have my seat for the m&ms? Confused.com!

I spoke to the organisers rather than just ticket sales, who were clueless when I spoke to them first and would have sold me morning tickets too. The Olympia event organisers said that they had made a small number of tickets available for the morning as, historically, the arena is quiet then and there are always plenty of empty seats. As far as I understand the morning tickets have no allocated seat numbers.

Hi Everyone - To clear up any confusion regarding the morning and afternoon tickets. If you have already purchased an afternoon ticket you do NOT have to purchase a Morning Only ticket as your afternoon ticket will allow access into the show when the doors open at 0900am on Saturday and 0845am on Sunday. If you have NOT managed to purchase an afternoon ticket and would like to see the Veteran Showing class on Saturday morning and the M & M class on Sunday morning then you can purchase a Morning ONLY ticket which will cost £15.00 each and this will allow you access into the show when the doors open (see above). You will then be able to watch the classes on which every morning you have purchased a ticket for. When the classes have finished you will then have to vacate the seats/seating blocks. The Morning only ticket will also allow you access into the trade stand hall. The morning only ticket can be purchased on-line or by calling the ticket sales number details of both can be found on the Olympia The London International Horse Show web site - www.olympiahorseshow.com

Hi, I have just spoken to the ticket office again and I have been told you DO have to have morning tickets you will not be let in on your afternoon ticket. Please Sebgarner if you are to do with Olympia message me and inform the ticket office as what you put is not what the ticket office are telling customers!

We are going on a morning ticket - must admit I'd be furious if I'd bought afternoon ones and was then told I had to buy morning ones as well.

Right, so I have bought my afternoon ticket for Sunday, with the intention of watching the M&Ms, yet I'm now unable to? I am actually fuming now!!
ETA-After being on hold to the ticket office for 20 minutes I've given up. If someone gets through to them, please can they clear this up?

Please Sebgarner if you are to do with Olympia message me and inform the ticket office as what you put is not what the ticket office are telling customers! No no the ticket office are giving you incorrect information. I am one of the Committee members for Olympia and I can confirm that if you have an afternoon ticket you do NOT need to purchase a morning only ticket your afternoon ticket will allow to get into the show when the doors open in the morning. I have spoken to the lady who deals with ticket sales at Horsepower Ltd who are the organisers and she will be speaking to the ticket office again to inform them what they are giving out is incorrect. I can only apologise for the incorrect information that you have been given and hopefully the confusion in the ticket office will be cleared up very shortly and I will continue to monitor the situation - Sebastian Garner

I think im right in thinking, In the morning anybody can sit where they please theres no seat number allocation. Even before the new morning ticket went on sale you could sit where you wanted.

Hi i just need someone to claify my question ,
We are competing in the m&m's and have purchased 2 extra morning passes for family to watch. What happens when the morning session is over, where can they go ? are they able to watch the final judging at 2.00pm ? Not bothered about a seat just so they can watch the final result ?
