Really terrible weather forecast... Will the schedule or ring plan or times change if the weather is bad?

Been at Southview all day today & they are happy that show will go ahead as per timetable.
Indoor rings will not be affected by weather at all & fingers crossed for the WHP outside.

No - I will be at Southview - your decision re roads as I have no more idea of travel conditions than any one else I'm afraid.
I shall be speaking to Southview later to take a decision on the WHP ring, in conjunction with the coursebuilder.

A lot of ponies from Yorkshire no longer coming due to the weather as its not work risking travelling so I'm afraid thats at least 6 ponies that won't be coming!

Been looking forward to this for months, but there's no way we can travel in these conditions. Snow, wind and horseboxes don't go well together

We live 10 miles away from south view and were snowed in - not risking taking children to school today. Will make a decision on show tonight as snow may have melted by then, just hope the rest of todays weather forecast is wrong!

Currently sat in a road closed, with the forecast to continue and freezing point to hit tonight for the safety of my horse I don't think I wil be venturing out in the box tomorrow, very sad but being sensible!
Hopefully a re-schedule for another weekend would be the best option, some people think very highly of those ribbons and I'd hate to think someone or a horse would get hurt in the quest for a red one :-(.
Keep your ponies safe peps xxx

Agree with mum and gypopony too, from yorkshire as well and four from our yard was meant to go but as said above trailers, wagons and snow don't mix, don't fancy the Cheshire roads:( such a shame love this show.

URGENT MESSAGE
In conjunction with SOUTHVIEW EC we have unfortunately taken the decision to CANCEL the show as we feel that it will be unsafe for people to travel & further bad weather is forecast.

A real shame the show's been cancelled but definitely the right decision - we wouldn't have made it out either and doubt many would from this area or Cheshire. We're snowed in here in North East Wales - really bad conditions and the only way out is on a quad.
Will the show be rescheduled?

Very sad as such a super show that everyone looks forward to but it is the right decision. Is the show cancelled for this year or just postphoned? Appreciate it is still early days but I must be speaking for the majority that will still love it to run this year and will support it if it does?
