Hi, Have anyone had their HOYS ID emailed to them yet? I haven't but I need it as I need to enter for some HOYS qualifiers soon! Also, is anyone experiencing any problems with the Grandstand Media login? I cannot log in even though I noted my username and password down on a piece of paper and it also says that my email address is not found? I have emailed Grandstand Media about the problems Im experiencing but I doubt they will get back to me before tomorrow... Thankyou

I had an email giving my username and password as we had been in 2011. Try www.grandstandentries.com and complete your details. It should give you an ID number. Hope this helps

Or email the office on entries@grandstand.co.uk They will get back to you fairly instantly. Make sure you are logging onto www.grandstandentries.com and not the hoys website

If you want to contest the HOYS qualifiers, you must be able to write down the ID number down on the HOYS form, the ID is a new thing for 2013, but you must been competing in HOYS qualifiers in 2011/2012 to get an ID sent to you. Anyway, we emailed Grandstand Media and now got an ID number in time for Lincoln and Cheshire entry closing dates. If anyone else has not got their ID number then I suggest you email Grandstand Media (email address can be found on HOYS website) and they should get back to you within 24 hours (they did with my email )

You are meant to fill in a HOYS form as usual but you now have to register and put in your details on the HOYS website sign in thingy. Once you have done that, you should get sent a HOYS ID through your email from Grandstand Media. This ID will need to be put onto the HOYS form every time you enter a qualifier. Does this make sense?

with the hoys id form you need to become a member of grandstand media add the rider horse owner then when saved you will get your id's to put on the hoys form x
