Ronnie (Mosstown Ronaldo) is 8 years old, bay gelding and has a LHC at 143cm/14hh. He is a true to type hunter pony and has lovely confirmation, movement etc so could also make a nice SHP.
Ronnie is such a bold, brave jumper and will honestly jump anything that is in front of him, even if we get something wrong he will try his best to fix it! Height is no problem either, he is so scopey and very talented with combinations!
We have taken him show jumping and he always jumps a clear round, though have never gone for the speed to win. He has had some high placings at hunter trials and ODE's too as he has such lovely paces. The few novices WHP classes that we have done, Ronnie hasn't been out of the top 3. We have done a bit of pony club too and got into all of the teams though we were usually too busy showing with my SHP so couldn't attend. He has done beach rides and is just brilliant! We have also hunted but he can get quite whizzy with it.
Ronnie is absolutely bombproof, he does find going to the shows slightly more exciting but the more we take him out the better he is.
We think he will make a top top WHP and he could go all the way in the right hands. It is a shame that we haven't had the time to reach his full potential.
Ronnie is only for sale as I am going away 4 hours from home to Hartpury College in a few weeks and my Mum cannot be left with 2 ponies and no rider, so needs to be sold!! We are asking for £6000.
