try leg yielding to the right, ie using her left leg
Can you get her to see herself in a mirror?
lunge, no irons, arms out straight to the side if she is secure enough in her seat, you can build up to this, use more of the left rein as I guess this will counter-balance what her fault is

Has she an underlying injury?? I am also lop sided. I ride straight but my right iron is one hole shorter usually and I'm stronger on my right than left. I broke my back several years ago and my pelvis isn't straight which causes me to favour one side. You need to work on her core. Maybe an appointment with a good osteopath may give you answers. I have lots of physio exercises to try strengthen and straighten my core.

So am I - right hip rotates outwards, presumably congenitally, so right toe pointed outwards too, and obviously the weight distribution is uneven. For years I wondered why my D would do a lovely square dressage halt - and then put her off fore forward. Now I know she was putting it like that to support my weight which was more forward on that side. Greatly helped by an osteopath.
Pilates is very good for your core muscles.

Me too, I would get her to a good Physio so you know what your dealing with, I have a rotated pelvis and scoliosis and my right side is two inch lower than my left, I also broke my left ankle when I was young so have a weak left left and can tend to over compensate with my right hand for some reason.
