have spoken to the fraud squad at Halifax, if anyone has been scammed and are with the HALIFAX please ring them on 0845 122 7801 and they will help to get your money back. anyone else they said to get in touch with your own banks fraud team and they will do the same. DO IT

Louise Barrett had tried to sell me a fylde Samantha this morning , gave me the old " I'm working away" spiel when I said I would collect from her location in Alderley Edge so I asked where? "West Sussex" came the reply so I said my friend is in Sussex and will collect! " how convenient" was the response!!! Ha ha! She is getting peed off with this so keep going folks, she's being backed into a corner!

Hey it was not me really! There is another anonymous tenacious lady who has helped a great deal. I just had further info to swamp bank with which just helped move it along further. I have told Halifax the Natwest details too so this can be passed to on and if there are any other accounts you have used and had trouble with then call Halifax with details and hopefully her "NAME" (Names) will be further investigated! Don't hold your breath for money back unless with Halifax, Bank of Scotland or Lloyds but who knows?!!! Fingers crossed. Hopefully bank has clout with police. We may have had only made tiny steps but if banks are helping it is not going to be easy to get new accounts (unless she has a ring?!) Good work everyone! X

Brilliant , off to do both the numbers she used on me right now and going to enjoy every minute!!! Yipee and extremely well done Laura you are a total star, as I said before, if I can do anything to help in anyway let me know and I'll do all I possibly can.

I tried my Bank, Santander - complete waste of time, absolutely crap bank when it comes to helping it's customers out - in fact as a direct result of their total uselessness and unhelpfulness, I am going to change banks, to one that actually cares about its customers.

Have fun, texting lots of smiley faces and loll's, ha ha's etc etc to the evil cow, everyone! Genius idea and how very satisfying!
