I have just been scammed--- arrrgh!! Transferred by telephone banking. How/ can I get the money back? I'm with Natwest
She is now Holly Bates , Kimberley Harris, L L Oliver ( kimb Harris on Facebook )

It turns out dear miss p v Eastwood more commonly know as poppy Eastwood the money pinching Scammers name is Sophie Barnes email sophiebarns80@hotmail.com she has been filed on a website under a list of fraud mailers cause Miss p v Eastwood A/C number 12594817 Sort code 23 - 05- 80 She now acts on a new phone number 07957933270 I will keep everyone posted on my findings She now scams under a new mobile number of 079579 Well done cupcake |

according to tinkerbell2006 she is, how does she want payment? Please remember either use cash and collect it or use paypal, do not be tempted to pay by any other means, if she is genuine she will agree to that

The Mel I mentioned above is defiantly her I replied to her text that I was after a Albion K2 med 17 in. She replied she had one and sent a pic of a new one after a brief exchange I asked where she lived she said West Sussex, Chichester post code PO19 8EA.
She started pushing for a deposit via bank transfer I said didn't have Internet banking. I asked for paypal she replied haven't got paypal hun
What a little despicable person and truly sick.
Thank god you have all her identities covered by the look of it!!!

I've had messages from Melissa35 too. Offering me 2x 15" Fylde saddles. Photos of different angles of saddle clearly not same one! Her Email address is now Hollycrew11@hotmail.co.uk. Even said I could pay deposit into her bank and pay rest on delivery! Oh and called me 'Hun' . Reported to admin yesterday !!

There was an article in the Mail on Sunday about similar scams and telling folk to use Pay Pal. I assume there is a whole b***** family on the make.

I was also contacted yesterday by Melissa 35 (with the same email address as the above post Hollycrew11@hotmail.co.uk)
She was trying to sell me a Native Pony Saddle (very cheap) and used the word hun !
When I asked her if she had anything to do with the scam she said (and I quote) I certainly am not!!
Really !!!!! me thinks you are.

She did this to me re hoys tickets but she wouldn't accept PayPal so didn't go any further with them.

For security reasons, I don't feel it is appropriate to comment on the methods we use to ban people. Suffice to say it is not difficult for ANYONE to read this site. If people use PayPal for payment, then they won't be scammed by this individual.

Melissa 35 also tried to scam me, claiming she had a fylde majorie for sale.
Wouldn't accept paypal said hers wasn't working.
When I said I don't do bank transfers she said if I pay a deposit , I can pay the full amount once I receive the saddle!!
So glad I didn't fall for this !!

Had a letter today from ActionFraud and believe me, whilst she may think she's getting away with it all, they are just trying to make sure everything is 100% faultless, so that when the Police finally are able to prosecute her, there are no loopholes she is able to use to get out of it all. It does however all take lots of time and whilst very frustrating for us all at present, I am certain from what I have been told by the authorities that she will get her comeuppance spectacularly in the near future. Just keep on logging all new details with Action Fraud and on here to keep case in public eye and make everyone aware of latest details being used etc. Lets just make things as difficult as possible for the evil junkie bit*h.

Her latest name is Stacie Anne, she scammed a girl via Facebook two nights ago for a saddle deposit, of course usual things and saddle never arrived. Can't wait for her downfall or even better funeral...... |

I must admit however, it does make me wonder what in Gods name is taking so long with the amount of proof they should have against her by now, and also how funny that despite knowing just how much they are being slated for doing nothing, not one of the Authorities in question have come onto here or Facebook in order to explain why or to defend their lack of action, at the expense of the very people who are paying their wages hmmm..... we're waiting Authorities, SO WHAT ARE YOU ALL SCARED OF?? |
