Had a text tonight replying to my advert for saddle from a lady called Rachael ford from st ives Cornwall. Agreed for friend to pick saddle up but changed her mind about payment saying her husband wouldn't let her staff take payment as she wouldn't be there so could I do bank transfer. Must think I'm thick. Her number is 07864837878. It doesn't end there I then got e mail from poppy Eastwood guess where from. Yup Cornwall. Played along and she sent me same pictures as Rachael ford had. She offered me a ray and Samantha for 460.00 for both if I paid by bank transfer. BEWARE NEW NAME AND NOW IN CORNWALL.

Evil bit*h - what in Gods name are ActionFraud and The Met Police doing? Oh yes, 0, great big zero. Which only goes to prove that not only does crime pay in this country but the only people who ever suffer, are the victims.
Am defo going to be in touch with both and will be wanting some answers to some very pertinent questions.
jetsetter, please contact both the aforementioned Authorities, if only to add fuel to the pyre - sorry, meant fire - pyres are for funerals...... hopefully Poppy Eastwoods!

having read the resent posts on here 2 things strike me, be very careful where you put your email address, one advantage of using a forum is the security aspect, so be careful about putting your email or any other personal details in threads or posts. Also is it a good idea to use a photo of yourself, or worse still your children has your avatar? Something to think about! Lets hope this all gets wrapped up soon.

I have received an email from her today apparently responding to my advert for fylde saddles.........I have never posted a wanted add for fylde saddles! I have told her I am not interested. This woman is relentless!!!! Thank god for horse gossip putting the warnings out!!

The Met Police have been involved for the last few years where she is concerned, as are ActionFraud too, but neither are doing anything at all - which makes me ask why? What has she got over someone in power that she is using to wriggle out of her crimes? Usually drugs or prostitution involved in cases like this and I wouldn't put either past her. The British Justice system is so corrupt, which is exactly why she is getting away with it all. |

Waspblue, had a feeling that nothing would happen, how in the name of god is she getting away with it, I can't even bring myself to ring people, reporting things, I spent 2 hours in my bank and the Halifax (her bank) I've never felt so patronised in all my life.. I don't know where and when this is going to conclude, but I'm disgusted in the authorities ..  |

She randomly text my friend yesterday from this number 07864837878 and offered him 2 fylde saddles, 2 jumping saddles, a selection of neue Schule bits and John Whittaker boots!!
She said he name was Rachel and she was moving abroad

I can't believe that over 66,000 people on this site have read this thread & this moron is still ripping people off & stealing their money. Surely she has to be arrested & done for fraud?? So many innocent people have been conned by this awful person on this site alone & yet she hasn't been stopped!!

The trouble is though, even if she was abroad, if she has access to the internet and a phone she can still continue scamming people I do appreciate that the Police need water-tight evidence, however they do appear to be dragging their feet on this.If I had been scammed I would be tempted to write a complaint to the Chief Constable of the division dealing with it, failing that to the Home Secretary and my own MP. If all of you that has been scammed by her did this you might get a result, or at least an explanation. |

The problem is when people put their emails on their adverts, she can use these to email people offering the items they are seeking at a "too good to be true" price. |

just seen a letter to somebody that our friend Poppy has to appear at court on the 31/1/14 in connection with an ipad purchase, I wonder how many of her victims will get one, one charge with 3000 plus other offences to be taken into consideration lol
sorry 3000 plus was a joke no idea if any of her other offences will be added on but you always hear that charged with this and a number of other offences to be taken into consideration

What I wouldn't give to see justice done to that evil cow after all the suffering and misery she has caused others.

If she is appearing at the magistrates court it would be for a criminal offence not anything to do with a small claim.

Hallelujah - at long last, something.
Only question I and probably lots of other people have is "Why only one charge of fraud, what about all the dozens of other people who have also tried to purchase things from her - for which she has taken money and not sent"?
Maybe Richard Coulson would like to enlighten the rest of us who have also been scammed out of our hard earned money by this vile creature?
Caspa - any thoughts on this please, as I can't figure it out for the life of me?
