I may well be wrong here, however I believe the CPS will try one case where they feel the evidence is the strongest and then once they have a conviction they will go in for the big kill. Usually once one case is proven the guilty party will ask for other similar cases to be taken into account at sentencing as I believe if taken back to court for similar offences the sentence will be a lot stronger.

Thrilled for you all that at last the little witch has been caught and stopped!, We can but hope this stops her, but knowing the great British Justice System, I am doubtful as to wether it will stop her totally, as she'll probably wriggle out of it in some way or other - though I really hope not, she more than deserves to be punished for what she's done. |

Hi Caspa, I have just been off work for three weeks having done the ligaments in my hip and have been on crutches and I only go back on Weds so I daren't ask for any time off, hence why I cannot go, though I must admit there is nothing I'd like more than to see exactly what is going on with the evil one for myself and like you I want answers, but more from the authorities than anything, as to why they have allowed this to go on for so long unchecked. I very much doubt if that spineless, hard hearted bit*h would have the guts to answer for her crimes. I'll send you some money (via PayPal of course, lol) for some extra boxes of rotten eggs to chuck at the biggest rotten egg of the lot ha ha and make sure your aim is good, if you go for her chest there's no way you'd miss, but they may bounce off all the silicone...... Do let me know if you go, the suspense is killing me. I have been trying to get hold of Richard Coulson, but without success so far, I seem to keep missing him, as I think he should now be able to answer some of our questions at least. I am going to try again after 10pm tonight as he is supposedly on night shift and will let you know if I do get anywhere with that line of enquiry. ActionFraud do not give updates, just collate and pass on information apparently, when I rang today. |

It would be a great idea to find out what/how many offences she is getting charged with because if it is only one I'm afraid she is only going to end up with a slap on the hand and a small fine. Let us know what you manage to find out and good luck.

oldmaid, I know just what you mean and that would almost be worse than nothing at all in a way, as not enough to deter her from carrying on, or to punish her previous actions either. My faith in British justice IS EXTREMELY LOW....

Well tomorrow is the Big Day - vile Poppy Eastwood is in court at long last YIPPEE!!!!
Let's all hope this is the start of her finally being locked up eventually - oh, by the way, if anyone see's the key, please can they throw it away - permanently.....
I really wish I could go to see justice done, if indeed our useless justice system actually looks after the victims for once, we can but live in hope....

Mr Caspa put it into perspective, his words, " I'm not loosing a days pay, almost £100 in fuel, food and time, on a thieving little bit*h who has ripped us off, and caused so much upset to masses of innocent people, I wouldn't give her the crap of my shoe, let alone a minute of my time" Made me think really, we are in lancashire , so I do see his point... Caspa, I know just how you feel, but in a way I do see Mr Caspa's point, she has already stolen enough from us and other innocent people and not just in a financial way. We are just in Cheshire so it would cost us a similar amount too. She defo isn't worth the space she takes up on this earth and the crap, dog or otherwise, off any of our shoes is far too good to be wasted on her.... She is the vilest, most disgusting piece of ---- I have ever come across and I just hope that Karma prevails and she gets exactly what she deserves and more!!!! yes I expect there has been a policeman knocking on her door, unless she has a very good reason for not being there and even more for not notifying the court of that reason. It will increase her sentence  |

Depends if it's a custodial sentence, she will be arrested and detained, if it's a fine then the courts are only able to pursue her to demand payment.. On it goes...  |

I bet you and everyone else here is as furious as me, though I suppose what did we really expect. I just hope it does make things a whole lot worse for her and that it was a custodial sentence and it gets made longer - a lot longer. Pathetic, spineless, vile, putrid creature, I just cannot find words nasty enough to truly describe how much I hate her and the ones I can think of cannot possibly be put into words on here. I will be chasing Richard Coulson for answers still, as I have not managed to get hold of him yet despite leaving messages etc, no one has called me back. I hope he doesn't think that I'll get fed up and just go away if I don't hear from him, because if so then he is sadly mistaken. I still have to know what the hell is going on and I will not give up. Will keep you posted if I ever do track down the Invisible Man and get answers... |

If someone fails to turn up at court without a reasonable explanation, especially if they have failed to notify the court, be the person a witness or accused they change be held in contempt of court which is very serous, lets hope the Judge is feeling mean!

If she didn't have a reasonable excuse for not turning up then a warrant should be issued. As I understand it she hasn't given her plea yet for his offence so she could still claim that she is "not guilty" so then a date would be given for her trial.

I was hoping for similar, but with a horse that's just rubbed out part of it's mane or tail the day before a qualifier, or has pulled a shoe off in the collecting ring just before the class.... The judge also needs to thoroughly dislike fake tanned bimbo's with fake lips and boobs and also be allergic to silicone, cheap perfume and vile little tramps... If she gets this judge, then she's going down, YEAH |
