what a let down!
When I studied law the first thing we were taught was that Justice should not only be done it should be SEEN to be done, this obviously did not happen in this case.
The Police and CPS should be ashamed of themselves
Well done to all of you though who have chased for this thief to be brought to justice.

Slow down everyone! According to the newspaper article Poppys case was put back to Feb 21st so that probation can do there reports. This means she will have to appear in court again on that date for her sentence. Personally don't think unpaid work will touch her what with her bipolar disorder, her anxiety and her depression (have just quoted her solicitors list of illnesses!!!)Will be interested though to see what happens.

Poor little 'vulnerable Poppy', it must be so difficult to remember all her different identities, phone numbers, email address's, victims, bank accounts etc etc.... I'd be b----y anxious and depressed trying to keep up with it all too, takes having a split personality to a whole new level.... Any sort of HONEST work, paid or not wouldn't touch the likes of her, as she is too busy stealing off everyone else, who does happen to know what it's like to work hard to earn enough for the nice things in their lives and don't think the world owes them a living, nor do they think that it's perfectly alright to steal and carry on stealing in the shameless and brazen fashion that she does. I hope both her and the solicitor, who obviously has no sense of what a decent person is, rot in hell together. This isn't over yet, not until she is finally jailed. Whilst everyone else bar a couple of us, have just let her get away with it, I definitely will not stop until I get justice. She has ripped off so many people who can ill afford it in these times and has caused such a lot of misery and upset, all the while she is walking round laughing and gloating about it, whilst planning her next move. She isn't ill in any way, shape or form, she is just a devious, calculating evil bit*h who doesn't care who she hurts and she needs to be severely punished for it all and not just the odd one or two scams, but the thousands of others too. I intend to make her pay eventually once and for all. I hadn't noticed that the case was put back, as I was so angry about it when I read what a pile of rubbish it was, but I intend to find out exactly what is going on and will make certain that the relevant people know just what she really is, if the stupid, idiotic social bods etc, actually use the brains they were born with to see through a bit of acting, to the truly evil creature she really is. |

Absolutely unbelievable GRRRRR!!!!
Just makes me wonder what on earth the bloody Police are doing, when she has just appeared in court and is due to appear again shortly on fraud and theft charges and yet she is still trying to do the very same thing that she has convinced that stupid solicitor and judge, was caused by her being ill - Yeah, right, sick, but only in the head!
Proves my point in my previous post that she is not ill in any way, just a thieving, calculating, devious and callous liar who wants a good hiding and then locking up forever....
I think these new details should be immediately referred to The Metropolitan Police and preferably before her next court date, so that it shows the idiots there exactly what she is and therefore she should get a much worse sentence.
Tomorrow, I am going to do my very utmost to try to get this info to the relevant people, however it really needs to come from the person she has treid to scam this time, as they may not take my word for it, as it wasn't done against me.
Still going to try to get her though, I will not give up.......

I totally agree, the Police are fully aware of what she is doing and have tons of evidence against her - THEY JUST ARE BONE IDLE AND CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO DO WHAT THEY ARE EMPLOYED TO DO " PROTECT THE INNOCENT AND UPHOLD THE LAW" The Metropolitan Police are a disgrace to their uniform and the laws they are meant to uphold and should hang their heads in shame and I hope that one day they all suffer too at the hands of some evil criminal and see how they like it when they need help and no one wants to know!!!!!! |

I feel for all you people who have been done by this woman. It's like cowboy traders, you try to complain, law should be on your side, however you are one made to feel the dumb victim for paying up in the first place. I have lost a lot of faith with the public services, which are funded by us tax payers/council tax, services in place,meant to be their to protect the innocent but more interested in closing the case with little effort involved.
Oh and Hi it is my first post but felt need to speak out.

These are all the same person, also know as sophie blanchett and penny mccarthy and probable many more names! I think all my horse gossip friends need to be aware of this member and not buy anything from her by bank transfer !! Unfortunately she is a dishonest horsey person that as soon as I paid started to change her story , deleted her post and keeps changing what method of delivery she has used! She asked me to pay into her sisters bank account and said she was called poppy Eastwood , said her name is penny and that she lives in Leeds but is expecting so has numerous horsey items for sale!!! She has lied to me and I never received the items! I hope no one else bought items ?? STAY CLEAR |

She's still going definitely, had a response to a wanted advert within 5 minutes on here, she must sit and watch the wanted thread 24/7 for victims! She's only sent one message and I know to reply that soon... its got to be her. Easy money for her I would say, I would predict nothing much will ever come to her with regard to sentencing etc, police obviously don't see it as important, no matter how much evidence everyone puts forward, I reckon she will get away lightly... that's why people would rather chance it to make money, because its worth the low risk and the small consequence. So upsetting and so very frustrating :-(

That s how she got me, I am now 180 quid short and no goods. Funny thing is she replys saying the goods have been sent and she s not a scammer lol, fraud squad are now involved too, not that they ll stop her, needs locking up and the key thrown away. Perhaps she needs the money for her bail. Only ever using pay pal from now on don t trust anyone

Just hoping the money she has stolen brings her no good with it and hopefully a batch of dodgy drugs that will rid the world of this total waste of air space, vile, evil creature - I for one would be delighted, this is not something, I am going to apologise for saying, as she is no use to civilised society and she should pay for what she has put innocent people through.
