Jenna that definitely sounds like the dodgy one!! She also contacted me about a fylde saddle and I did end up sending money and no saddle - steer clear.

Joined the same day Kirsty Laws disappeared and post the same odd one line comments! Also always posts one about riding when pregent!

I think the moral of this one is to ALWAYS use PayPal. Ok so it's not 100% perfect but much safer than bank transfer.
The mod team are doing their best to keep track of this lowlife.

Saddlery & Gunroom is my local as is Baverstocks Feeds a few doors away so I will keep looking on the notice board for any signs.
Racked my brains but don't know this person or ever heard of name locally, although apparantly she lives very close (Locksbottom) to where we are currently living.
Will definately keep my ear to the ground and ask around local liveries etc.

Really do not think this con artist will continue much longer, everyone scammed need to get together, collate information and bombard the police, banks and fraud organisations. She is earning a living by theft and will be caught eventually!

Hi, I have done all reporting to Nationwide, ActionFraud, etc and today have spoken to the elusive Richard Coulson!!!! He told me that whilst he cannot discuss the case for obvious reasons, rest assured that it is being investigated and that he has been so swamped by emails etc that he has been unable to reply to them all. He seems to think that she will be looking at a custodial sentence - not before time - and victims will get some sort of compensation, though he would not elaborate further. He was very well aware of her and her activities and said they were liasing with her, whatever the hell that means. I told him he needed to liase with her victims more - the clue being in the word VICTIMS!!!!!!! He was very pleasant but his hands were tied by the rules and regs surrounding the sensitive nature of these crimes. He is contactable via the number from FaceBook - thankyou Dancer - but don't email him as he is absolutely overrun and unable to reply at present. Hold the banks concerned responsible to a greater degree, as they are allowing criminal activity to continue using their accounts despite hundreds of reports. They told me they would not be able to freeze the account incidentally, so I told them that as a company this makes them look like a bunch of incompetent prats, who actively encourage criminals to use their services, as they allow all sorts of illegal activity to be undertaken. Wonder how long before someone gets really angry and frustrated at the Police etc doing nothing and takes matters into their own hands - we can bbut live in hope, as that is the only language scum like her understand. I believe that someone on here called Jodie has her fathers number and he paid her stolen money back to her. She put a number to call up on a post on HG, but I have tried it a few times and no one ever answers and it is not the sort of thing I want to leave a message about - anyone know anything about this?  ? |

I think the one whose father has bailed her out a couple of times is Sophie Blanchett, who does a similar scam but as far as I'm aware is a different person. Unless anyone knows different?

Hence I was always taught that theft is a crime for which you can be arrested and charged - so why the hell is she still being allowed to continue, and it begs the question WHAT IN GODS NAME ARE ANY OF THESE AUTHORITIES DOING TO STOP HER.
If any of the police or banks would like to come on here to elaborate and explain their complete lack of action, I am sure there will be plenty of people dying to know what their reasons are!!!

I think in fairness to the Police that they are beginning to catch up with the Internet crimes, however I would imagine that it takes a lot of man hour time, maybe some smart geek could create a program that can do this for them??? Also, do not forget, that the crimes are reported from all over the country, it must be difficult to link them all up, what we need is a branch that deals with internet crimes rather than the area branches, then all the data would be linked in there, it would be easier for the Police to see a pattern then and join the dots. This goes to show that the public needs to be helping the Police and reporting crime rather than turning their back on it, which can happen in the real world, just think of the money that could be saved if everyone was honest! |

Can I suggest that people contact the FSA they control the finance world including banks. I think but can't remember banks can be held responsible under the money laundering rules if they know someone is using their accounts for criminal activities.
First point of contact if you can't get your banks to respond tell them you are going to contact FSA.
This girl contacted me when I had a wanted advert on here for a saddle but luckily I had read this and ignored it.

Very important from what waspblue has said that any of you who have been scammed log the activity with the relevant police officer. She has carried out so many crimes and I still can't grasp why her bank accounts haven't been frozen and she should have been prevented from opening any more. Lots of genuine people struggle to open a bank account so why can people like this seem to get them at the drop of a hat - the system is obviously not working and needs to be looked at.

Apparentlys she works in a bank so makes alot of sense doesn't it!?! Also wondering if she's hitting eBay seen as though there is 2 exact pictures of a Samantha saddle One from Newport and another From Rotherham?? One from Newport only has a few old feedbacks and basic info but other One gives details of receipts and marks with pics,,,,, sounds like a poppy special to me!!!

could somebody who has the knowledge come up with a name list she is using and a brief of what is occurring so we can copy and paste it to our facebooks to get the word out to warm people to be more aware when buying items and to only use Paypal.

Nationwide were very well aware of what she was up to, so surely as previously suggested they should come under the money laundering rulings of the FSA and should be looked into themselves, as to being a company that allows such activities with blatant disregard for the victims of the crimes it allows this evil woman to commit. People seem to have lots of info on her and certainly things such as knowing that her employer is of a highly sensitive nature and she is involving them in her criminal activities should be reported directly to not only the Police but to the employer themselves, as it is making things so much easier for her by being in such a position. Please get these details out in the open and inform every bank going, as eventually the info is bound to get to the right bank and she will be sacked and prosecuted and will have a lovely room with bars on the windows for a very long time!!!!
I'm 100% sure that if I knew who she worked for I'd be straight to them, in order to make things so difficult for her and also so she would be exposed for the thief she is. I would imagine that if she does indeed work in a bank, then she will be quite possibly stealing in other ways too, as such a prolific thief sitting behind a bank counter would not be able to keep their sticky fingers to themselves with such temptation in front of them all day every day.
Maybe if anyone on here works within the banking industry, they could advise how to warn all the banks etc as to her details and activities and she will be exposed and caught much more quickly. The person that finally nails her will be a modern day hero that's for sure. Also any details at all need to go to Richard Coulson via the number on Facebook, not on an email, as he is so inundated he is currently unable to reply. The more evidence we can stack up against her, the better chance he will have of getting her.

The mates whose accounts she is paying to use are also criminals by way of knowingly being involved, therefore they too will be caught along with her one day and also quite possibly go to prison as a result. AWWW free holidays, with mates like her they don't need any more enemies that's for sure ha ha ha!!!

I think the fact it looks as if she is getting away with continuing with her crimes makes it all the more interesting for a consumer rights TV programme to get involved with......that one that Dominick what's his name would be a good one possibly as they do a lot of investigating too

I'm on to it already Clifton, thankyou so much for those details of Dom. My email to him is currently winging it's way through cyberspace. My only problem is in getting ALL of the other people this vile bit*h has scammed to also contact him as it's definitely a case of the more individuals that contact a programme such as this, the more likely they are to take notice and act on it. They need enough people and proof to substantiate the claims being made and also enough to make good TV too. The scale of this evil womans' crimes is so large that if everyone was to contact Dom then as one voice we couldn't be ignored and there'd be no danger of it making uninteresting viewing either.
So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, EVERYONE SHE HAS SCAMMED PLEASE CONTACT DOM ASAP AND LETS NAIL HER ONCE AND FOR ALL AND PUT A PERMANENT STOP TO ANYONE ELSE BEING RIPPED OFF BY THE NASTY PIECE OF WORK. WE HAVE TO HELP OURSELVES BY STANDING TOGETHER AND AIM FOR THAT CUSTODIAL SENTENCE THAT I WAS ASSURED SHE WAS LOOKING AT - THE SOONER THE BETTER!!!!
