There is loads on ebay that sell Berrisford's ribbon pre-pleated, both velvet and satin, and some shops have their own pleating machine so you can ask for it to be pleated in sizes dependant on how tight you want the pleats to be. Also many places offer a pleating service where you send them your own ribbon and they pleat it for you. Most of the ebay shops are around 5/6 pounds per metre.
You might not need much pleated ribbon but it requires a lot of ribbon to produce the pleats. For one metre of box pleat takes around five meters of ribbon.
Hope that helps a bit, I would post links to the lady I use from ebay, but dont think we're allowed to post links on the open forum.

Plenty on ebay and facebook but you may need to buy a minimum of 1 meter - I started off hand pleating my own which is not as difficult as it sounds

Sorry, just seen your reply. The shop I use from Ebay is Browbands UK, her log in is monzzaboy or something like that. If you do a quick search for "pleated ribbon browband" it is the first that comes up in the listings.

Sorry I have only just seen your message - It is a mater of judging the pleating gaps as you go along. Don't pleat my own now by it in from Ebay or Sutherland saddlery unless they are unable to supply the colour.
