I have been lucky enough to have the best pony anyone could wish for. I've owned her for the last 8 years and she has been a saint throughout this period, winning shp, whp, sj, dr, eventing, and even having a go at side saddle. Today she went back to teaching a very nervous little boy who had a pony that would roll with him riding and bite at any given opportunity. It was wonderful to see the smile on his face considering he hadn't ridden for a year and actually wanted to keep trotting! I am so proud of this little mare, she can go from being a cheeky thing full of character and jumping 1.15m at home to carrying a nervous rider safely around the school at a slow and steady pace. Haysford Fairy Romance, 17yo british sports horse x welsh sec b, cushings mare not on any meds (didn't agree with her) still going strong! Here are some pictures from over the years and of today with her new little jockey (not sold, will never sell her!).

Thank you Phillipa, she really can jump! She's by a Welton event stallion which gives her that scope! Yes she has been thoroughly enjoyed and adored and will continue to be.

What a pretty mare. I love the pic with the packet of crisps! How lovely that the mare is going on to give another person some great times

What a cracker of a pony and lovely that she is genuine enough to adapt to any rider
