have to say, that even if i did have a horse that was ready at the moment, the fact it is at Onley is very off putting!

Everyone likes different grounds we hope to make it a good show using the surfaces for jumping and the conditioned polo grass for the rings. A big factor for us is the cost of hire as our entries are only £10.

Everyone likes different grounds we hope to make it a good show using the surfaces for jumping and the conditioned polo grass for the rings. A big factor for us is the cost of hire as our entries are only £10. It's not the ground itself that is the problem, it's the drive way up there! I don't fancy damaging the suspension of my lorry or throwing my horses round like that! Last time we went there my OH had over £1k of damage done to his car by the drive in! And then the stabling was appalling

Yes it is a problem I understand they now have planning for a new drive. The cost of show grounds is astronomic and we are committed to keeping entry fees and membership down to rock bottom so it is a big factor for us. We will have to see how it goes anyone having damage to their vehicle should report it to the Secretary and to Onley staff and we will do our best to get a resolution.

I am really looking forward to this show regarding the drive in the thing I don't understand is the hole in the gateway in to the horsebox parking, I work for an aggregate company and know that the cost for enough material to fill that in properly is less than £40 and I simply don't understand why they don't get that sorted out! maybe on one of my frequent visits there I will have to take a few shovelfuls! Still its an amazing complex and is improving all the time so well worth going there and I think that TSR have chosen wisely
