Veteran riders LOL!!!! Seeing as I am going to have to start riding Jacob in his pre-olympia fitness campaign!! Though don't think I could handle the 'feedback' from daughter - but might make me go on a diet!! On a serious note - individual breed classes for Natives - and reduce the numbers to accomodate.

I think m&m search for a star and coloured search for a star classes as these 2 sections seem the mostly hotly contested with masses of amateurs/home produced trying to break through! I have also always found it odd that there is no FR SHP.

ROR classes in line with the hunters - ie qualifiers at County Shows - similar shows to the hunter qualifiers - as the classes are so well filled, only 12 places via the SFAS events is not many compared to numbers forward & the standard goes up every year. Or a ROR Performance/Worker class. Or some kind of amatuer classes would be good, apart from SFAS. But must be home produced not just an amateur rider class. Some people are unable to do SFAS as they may have been to HOYS in previous years gone by & they still well hold down full time "non horsey" jobs. Not sure how it would work though alongside SFAS - would need to think! A veteran riders class would be good too!!! extend Hoys by a day to fit everything in that everyone seems to want!! ha ha!

tj19 - you ought to let SEIB/SFAS team know that you would like to see the ROR classes at the county shows as they decide where the qualifiers are held

Please please please a nursery stakes class. Seems so unfair as you have all other little disciplines but no cradle or nursery. The Rihs nursery levy would be very good so I am sure it would be good for Hoys. Come on!

Am I wrong in thinking that a M&M Search for a Star has previously existed? I'm sure I have a DVD that appears to show some of the ponies that qualified for it

I would like to see the PBA class amended to suit horses and also allowing ponies being show to type rather than all in browbands and navies.
Also interested to know people's thoughts on the cuddy? Is it time the cuddy was narrowed down into more sections giving more ponies opportunity to qualify ?

Does anyone have the answer to this question, just curious as someone said something earlier in the thread about having to change the judges??..

I meant M&Ms only, so there would be qualifiers for only M&Ms and a final for M&Ms only.

I've already commented but I've changed my mind!
New class should be Advance Nursery Stakes to help kids make the transition to 133 WHP from nursery
