5 year old, Bay 11.2hh approximate
Stunning pony, perfect first ridden safe as houses. Has done lead rein with me but that's not my thing. good old fashioned chunky stamp.
Hacks alone or in company, this boy lives for his work he absolutely loves either schooling or hacking as long as he's doing some work he's in his element. Snaffle mouthed. Has worked exceptionally well in a Pelham for his open classes but I feel he is more FR type.
Lives in or out, geldings or mares not a problem.
Alfie has many talents he can ride a beautiful dressage test winning his winter series 2014/15. placed 2nd at Cheshire county 2014 in his breed class, reserve gelding champ to his brother at 2013 breed show. 2nd novice FR 2014 breed show. Many first ridden top 4 placings at agricultural shows as well as lead rein. Reserve Champion at his last outing. He can pop a jump no problem.
Absolutely no trouble at shows he will show on grass, indoor, outdoor he isn't phased by clapping, music etc.
Alfie is not phased by traffic, we live on a country road, he's used to tractors, cows, sheep, hens, donkey etc
He travels in trailer, 3.5t and 7.5t lorry
He is ridden by adults, teenagers and small children. He is super to school and hack. Doesn't have to be ridden daily, will happily come in from the field when shouted.
Easy to bath, trim round face, full clip no bother. No problem with farrier, never sick or sorry. All vaccinated up to date.
I could go on. Hard enough sale due to personal circumstances. This boy is a treasure.
