Approx 12.1 7yo Section C Bay Gelding. Bracken is a lovely genuine pony who really tries his best. Good to load, travel, tack up, good with farrier, good to bath ect. Can be a little difficult to catch however is getting better daily and this is reflected in his price. He is due his feet done next week and is having his teeth checked this week.
He has been ridden by myself and a 12 year old while with me and has always behaved impeccably. He doesn't buck or rear and is a genuinely quiet pony to be around on the ground and under saddle. He is a safe kick along pony and would be great for pony club and will be a great all rounder. Hacks alone and in company with no problems. Went to the woods recently with his ex racer friend and was fantastic! Up and down steps, opening gates, through water, down steep slopes and has an extra gear but with plenty of breaks (video coming). He has manners to burn!
3 lovely floating paces. He won his dressage class out of 16 at his first ever show and his first time in an indoor arena. He recently went to Usk Show where he behaved beautifully and took everything in his stride. Never spooked at any of the tents, generators or anything, just did his job and then stood at the box so quietly while we waited for other classes.
He is a super star pony and someone will be very lucky. He needs somewhere he will be loved and for someone to just have fun and enjoy him. Although he is a complete dope on the rope I want him to go to an experienced home as he has had a hard time somewhere along the line and was a little timid when he came so needs to go to someone sensible. 10* home only for this lovely boy, would love a forever home for him.
His price will increase the more he does. He has loose schooled over 2ft9 with plenty of scope to go higher and will be starting some jumping under saddle. He will be going to more shows, XC schooling and will go hunting if he is still here when the season starts and his price will evidently increase.
